I think that bullies first need special attention. Teachers and classmates should give them affection to show that patience and love are important in our lifes. They also should talk more with them, including them in group games and also talking with their parents. It must be explained for both: bullies and their parents, that they are having a chance to act in a different way. If after this special attention they don't change their behavior, they must be punished and be expelled from school.

I agree with you. Parents should pay more attention and give more time to theirs sons.
I think you'd make a good teacher, Ana. Your patient approach is a good one, although it takes a great deal of time and energy!
